Team Leader
The role
GVM has an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader-Highway & Bridge to manage and lead a Highway & Bridge project in Cebu, Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
The Team Leader is the overall in charge of the project and he shall be the project manager responsible for the implementation of the contract.
Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
He/she should be qualified B.Sc. Civil Engineer (qualification shall be as acceptable to institution of Engineers Sri Lanka)
· He/she should have minimum of 20 years’ experience in construction supervision and at least 10 years’ experience in highway and bridge construction out of which at least 5 years’ experience shall have been spent in similar capacity leading teams of professionals in projects of similar scope and in the team leadership, management and contract administration of civil works carried out under the FIDIC conditions of contract.
· He/she should have overseas experience in construction supervision in at least one Expressway/bridge project.
· He/she should have participated in at least one (1) construction supervision assignment as the Team Leader.
· He/she keeps the Client informed, on weekly basis, of the work carried out by each expert during the previous week and the work proposed to be carried out by each expert on the following week.
