Construction Manager - Mega Dam Construction Project
we are an international industrial firm headquartered in Europe, seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead a Dam Construction Project in the Philippines. Role Overview:
As the Construction Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the dam construction project is executed successfully. You’ll work closely with project stakeholders, engineers, and contractors to deliver the project on time, within budget, and according to specified requirements. Key aspects of the role include:
Project Delivery: Oversee the entire construction process, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor project costs and schedules, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and financial targets.
Expertise in Dam Construction: Leverage your extensive experience in dam construction projects to drive successful outcomes.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of professionals, including contractors, engineers, and laborers
Years of Experience and Industry Background:
Minimum 20 years overall experience
Minimum 10 years as a Construction Manager
Completed a full cycle of Dam construction projects (experience is a must)
Minimum 15 years in construction companies
Project Experience Background:
Your expertise should cover the following dam types:
RCC dams
Rockfill dams
BOW structures
Knoll spillways
Lake liners
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
